- Set up an email monitoring module in Make.com to watch your inbox for unread emails.
- Connect the email module to your email account.
- Configure the email module to only monitor your inbox for unread emails.
- Add a ChatGPT module and connect it to your ChatGPT account.
- Select the GPT-4 model for the ChatGPT module.
- - System role: Set this to instruct ChatGPT to act as a customer service assistant and follow your policies. - User role: Set this to use the text content from the email as the prompt for ChatGPT.
- Add another email module to create draft responses.
